Serving Our Region’s Residential, Commercial and Farm Real Estate Communities

We are an association of over 250 real estate professionals who serve a 16-plus county area in West Central and Southwest Iowa. We are members of both the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Iowa Association of REALTORS® (IAR). Our members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics holding us to a higher standard of practice. Our members also must meet continuing education requirements as set forth by the Iowa Real Estate Commission. We are the Voice for Real Estate in West Central Iowa dedicated to preserving and safeguarding real estate property rights.

The West Central Iowa Board of REALTORS® has one primary goal: to support the residential and commercial real estate industries across our region.

This website is designed to help our member REALTORS®, buyers, sellers, renters and investors better understand all aspects of real estate across our participating communities.

To help our members be more successful in real estate. The West Central Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® strives to be the voice of Real Estate in the areas we serve, advocating for the protection of home ownership.
We are committed to ensuring that every one of our community members’ realty needs are met, or we will keep trying until they are.

Water bottles with the REALTOR® logo were filled with Fair Housing information and given out to all who stopped by the booth. Many good conversations were enjoyed regarding Fair Housing. We had visitors/riders from all over the nation.

RPEC contributions are used to further the political education and awareness of our membership and the [...]
