We are an association of over 250 real estate professionals who serve a 16-plus county area in West Central and Southwest Iowa. We are members of both the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Iowa Association of REALTORS® (IAR). Our members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics holding us to a higher standard of practice. Our members also must meet continuing education requirements as set forth by the Iowa Real Estate Commission. We are the Voice for Real Estate in West Central Iowa dedicated to preserving and safeguarding real estate property rights.

2022 Recipient of the Stevens High School Scholarship
Atlantic High School student Bryan York was one of the recipients of the 2022 Stevens High School Scholarship through the REALTOR® Foundation of Iowa. Students were evaluated not solely upon academic or athletic abilities but upon a general sense of the student, including qualities such as good character, community service, volunteerism, work ethic, and more. Why is RPAC Important
RPAC RPAC stands for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee. IAR organized RPAC to collect political contributions and provide assistance to candidates who support issues important to the real estate profession. RPAC is — and always will be — a fair, legal and vital way for REALTORS® to speak in a unified voice. RPEC is the REALTORS® Political Education Committee.
