Our 2025 Board of Directors

Randy Ouren,  President

Randy Ouren, Owner-Broker of Ouren Real Estate, has been involved in the real estate industry since 1978, assisting clients with residential, acreage, commercial, and farm properties. He is a member of CRS, GRI, NAR, and the Iowa Association of Realtors. Additionally, he serves on the Iowa Association of Realtors Board of Directors and the Forms Committee. Randy is also the President of the West Central Iowa Regional Board of Realtors for 2025 and 2026.

Dave Wiges, President-Elect

Dave & his wife Carol have three children and raised several foster kids that are grown and have families of their own, but still refer to them as mom and dad, and come “home” for holidays, etc., and celebrate life events together. They have a daughter at home that they adopted as an infant. She is a Junior in high school and keeps them on the go with her sports and activities. They also have 3 grandchildren that keep them on their toes. As an avid Iowa State fan, they spend a lot of time traveling to football and basketball games,  rarely missing a football game and have been season ticket holders for more than 20 years.

Dave has lived in Denison for approximately 30 years, 20 of which he spent in the automotive business, as a used car manager, general manager, and dealership owner.  He spent approximately 8 years as a marketing consultant for Berkshire Hathaway Media, managing the web and print advertising accounts of approximately 80 active clients. During that time, he was frequently asked to consider getting involved in real estate, and in the spring of 2019 made the commitment to become a real estate agent, and quickly found it to be a perfect fit for him. “I truly enjoy working with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals, and take it very personal, treating clients like I would want to be treated. I take pride in being able to tell my clients that I am available from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. to accommodate their busy schedules”.

Dave previously served on the Board of Directors for The Crawford County Chamber and Deployment Council, and is currently an officer on the Board of Directors for the WESCO Foundation in Denison.

Casey Roberts, Secretary/Treasurer

If there’s one thing Casey Roberts doesn’t do, it’s slow down! Whether helping clients buy and sell homes, finding the perfect insurance coverage, or jumping in to assist in the ER, she’s always on the move—literally and figuratively.
Casey lives on a farm outside Corning with her husband, Ryan, and their three adventure-loving kids, Colton, Jase, and Gretchyn. When they’re not busy with sports (which is pretty much all the time), you can find them tearing up the trails on ATVs and side-by-sides, cruising on motorcycles, or planning their next big adventure. Casey also loves playing volleyball whenever she gets the chance—whether it’s a competitive match or just for fun.
A lifelong learner, Casey earned her Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Iowa Western Community College in 2018 before leveling up with a double major in Business Marketing and Business Management from Buena Vista University in 2024. She’s been in the insurance world since 2011, starting as a sales associate before becoming an independent agent licensed in property & casualty, commercial, health, and life insurance. In 2020, she decided two careers were better than one and jumped into real estate, where she now helps clients buy and sell with Liberty Realty.
In addition to her work in real estate and insurance, Casey has been in healthcare for six years, holding her CNA certification and working in various roles. For the past five years, she has worked PRN as an ER technician, stepping in to assist patients and support medical teams in high-pressure situations.
When she’s not closing deals, handling policies, or lending a hand in the ER, Casey is a volunteer coach, a die-hard sports mom, and a thrill-seeker who’s always up for something new. With her energy, passion, and can-do attitude, she’s proud to be part of the West Central Iowa Board of Realtors, helping to keep the industry strong, professional, and—most importantly—fun!
